We discussed having a general check result ignore mechanism. Such a mechanism would allow users to be able to ignore license header exceptions too, and would remove the need to have specialised ways of ignoring each certain kind of check results, and therefore I implemented this in commits 79bc5d545e2c60b2be1445e3dbdd2619f90706a0, 832277333556141d1f8c11469d0acb67e783359f, f32602f42dfddb7a196a3b50d22e477231bbf14c, 74350f14a20eb74c91168baac90a2fbea6440b42, dbef0269e768ac3fa56a123c623069823992370b, cc7edff23a98096955e4507bd2019db81874eb48, 8ed93691d03d67e32c8cdfc0fb1546c1b6729fa3, c219066175e448ee078c2592608e67d27fb53638, 7864e3b74c3b06078496453b6d0ea695d47c659b, de950e6fab6dff9a0138b3f06855c95c27ee7258, e15b64e346b3ac592d56769ff1aedc7e8f2a3073, 3f2a96f9f8dba2ddfb0e6146742816787d2939c5, a2cb37e1110a216d6f417ce48af066eb1864f645, and 56430d1967b4d51c4019f1e7db21acbfa150a21b. There are API endpoints, client commands, and a website UI too. Since ignores can be updated at any point in the release cycle, this mechanism resolves the present issue. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
