We should use `.eyaml` to configure secret values for ATR in production, not `secrets.ini`. We should probably do it by writing to a file and then mounting that into the container, rather than using environment variables. Perhaps this should be a yaml file. We don't have `pyyaml` as a direct dependency, but it's a dependency of `asfpy` and `asfquart` anyway (and it's used in `djlint` and `pre-commit`). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
