We have 0.1.0 release of airflow-ctl which I have been testing and accidentally I marked it as approved with rc1 artifacts. However I wanted to re-upload new files from rc2. I could not find a way to go back from "approved" state to voting - and I wanted to restart voting on rc2. Is it possible? (now I guess it's possible as we are in Alpha, but I think also in the final version I think things can happen accidentally and we should be able to go back up until announcement is made ?
