You could include a hex token that encrypts the vote info. This would make
tabulating easy.
The encoded data could include:
- Vote schema
- key fields
- release id
- revision
- asf_id / email subscribed to dev mailing list. (is that feasible to
check / populate?)
- metadata
- vote
- time
