Notes:
Added Project / Committee metadata:
1. **urls / purls**. Include additional project metadata which can be edited.
- **lifecycle**. A link to the PMC web page which describes support plans
/ lifecycle for releases.
- **download page**. The link to the required download page.
- **git repos**. Project git repository checkout urls.
2. **version**. Information about version interpretation.
- **regex pattern**. Processing the version string and validating
artifact filenames.
- **method**. Semver, simple, etc.
3. **release cycles**. Each cycle releases a series of patch releases.
- **cycle**. Cycle version.
- **date**. The date the first release in the cycle occurred.
- **latest**. The latest release version.
- **branch**. Some PMCs use a specific version in their git repos for
each cycle (or patch release)
- **eol**. True/false or date cycle will be eol - no more development
- **eos**. True/false or date cycle will be eos - only security patches
- **lts**. Status of cycle - True/false or date an LTS cycle will no
longer be LTS.
