   I think it's hard to come-up with a "generic" rule for that - there might be 
a lot of generated files that might even "look like" they were manually created 
-> for example Stub files generated from all kinds of APIs. 
   
   I think the only "reliable" way of knowing which ones is asking the 
maintianers to keep some exclusion spec (.rat-excludes is a good start).
