Each PMC's projects and release history should be reconstructed from the
available data sources:
1. svn dist release repository.
Having a full checkout and combining `find . -ls` with svn log with
comment and filename parsing along with knowing permissible version patterns
should help.
`projects.apache.org` has an imperfect version of this on the releases
page.
2. DOAP files for a project may have a a list of current releases.
This may only be useful in confirming methods using 1.
3. `reporter.apache.org` has a dataset with self-reported releases.
The update process should be manual and proceed a PMC at a time.
