We need to document: * What platform ATR is developed for, and why * How to run lints and other pre-commit checks * How to create e2e tests (presently undocumented in our test page) * How to run the new test containers (presently undocumented in our test page) And we should also encourage external PR submitters to document what they have done to prepare and test their PR.
