Unfortunately that causes Docker to fail:
atr-1 | chmod: state/hypercorn/secrets/key.pem: Permission denied
atr-1 | chmod: state/hypercorn/secrets/cert.pem: Permission denied
I suspect the files may be in use by the time the permission is changed.
