Using no configuration meant that we ended up with 200 GB of backups from
Litestream in just a couple of days. Most of this was in LTX 1. Therefore I
added the following configuration:
```
snapshot:
interval: 1h
retention: 6h
```
We should revisit this configuration as necessary.
