We should discuss upstreaming of certain components and code fixes to
`asfquart` and `asfpy`.
1. Some of our 31 **L1 fixes** including:
- #596
- #601
- #548
- #544
- #543
- #541
2. Some of our built components like:
- `atr/jwtoken.py`
- `atr/principal.py`
- `atr/ldap.py`
- `atr/log.py`
3. Anything else that would benefit the ASF:
- Missing group membership tests for principals who are members of a
particular ldap group.
- The new token scheme.

is installed on almost every instance.
