I used a test Tooling release, but it succeeded, probably because the mechanism that we use to detect Tooling members differs from those of other committees. Our new JSON logging also doesn't save tracebacks of unhandled exceptions, so I've fixed that in 933c601a1a9afca40cc1fbba38c21297e8c65430 and 521e6e11e3035e3150f6aae60ca7e6e6a7d389f1.
