We made a deliberate choice to make a distinction between `projects` and `committees` when classifying what the foundation interchangeably call `pmcs`, `tlps`, and `podlings`. This is because each `Project Management Committee` manages one or more projects. LDAP has similar differences where there are `members` and `owners`.
