We need to test NX3 in both ATR and legacy scenarios. I think that this should be done working with our friends from Sonatype and the Maven PMC. 1. Assure that legacy SNAPSHOT and Staging deployment remains possible using all of the same methods that are currently in use. Specifically, confirming that `mvn deploy` works properly. The directory layout on NX3 may need to be adjustments. 2.
