Specifications: 1. `cn=atr-svn-rw,ou=users,ou=services,dc=apache,dc=org` with a `SSHA hashed password` 2. Read/Write access to `https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/` including `svnmucc` permission. 3. We would like to test by rw to `https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/atr/`.
