Also, since we want to block all dests (and there's a long list of them),
wouldn't it be more appropriate to just check
`quart.request.headers.get("Sec-Fetch-Mode", "") == "navigate"`? Then we'd know
that it was some browser navigation, and we wouldn't have to be concerned with
what the requested type was.
