We need to document the disk layout for ATR including:
1. `svn:dist` layout and size enforcement. There are already policies in
effect in svn. Document these as well.
- `release` - this is the main release area we need to checkout and
commit too.
- `dev` - these are either downloaded or checked out on demand.
4. **Release** layout and growth expectations for ATR's main store.
5. **State w/logs** layout and rotation.
6. `/tmp` use and sizes.
With this information we can size our production vm request and design a
monitor script.
