Our current implementation discards all quarantined files after a validation error is found in any of them. If we want to allow release managers to override this, we would need to keep the quarantined files. Our original idea was that the quarantine mechanism would only be used for indisputable problems that do not require intervention from a release manager. We should consider moving any disputable issues to checks instead, where they would be non-blocking errors. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
