This was due to a duplicate route which was accidentally introduced during our form refactor in November 2025. Resolved by 2842f82178ddf9e04fdb303946353096d7ada953, which also adds detection for duplicate routes to prevent recurrence. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
