Commit 2da7807a0a3ddf5a98ea3c38ff2e7e52e715e48b adds this functionality for non-podling votes. I had originally planned to support this for podling votes too, but left it out of this commit to make review easier. Now that I've done so, however, I am wondering whether podlings should be doing this manually or not. The argument for making podlings do this manually is that it helps them to understand the voting process. On the other hand, this is the opposite to the logic that we used for fully manual votes, which we also disallow podlings from using. I recall that the rationale there was simply that it was more difficult for us to implement in ATR, but we already had the normal vote mode working for podlings. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
