Implemented in 14e66ba09e2975cf0e726cf7f3e2125d69d9eee9, d3589c223c9b4f1866a3029ab9ff9fb0dafc3b47, 743f18cb019d753f723859476a2fe1286ec0e2ad, 5a3c724e169cf5f7a1130e32b8a71319d6be08ba, 4d14e472a674d341990999d43996ac9a1dd3a48d, and f157825f3b3608433d3f0bafedc530647a0b70ad, with several caveats: * This only publishes to the new [`dist/atr`](https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/atr/) test publication area. * ATR still keeps a copy of published files in its own `finished` files directory. * The ATR download directory still exists and is still integrated, though it is no longer shown in announcement emails. * Announcement state modifications (database, filesystem, SVN, email) are not in one atomic transaction. * These commits do not record the SVN revision, but @alitheg will be implementing this. * The implementation uses `svn import`, so does not have or need a local SVN checkout, sparse or otherwise. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
