Please do NOT use HTML emails. there must be a setting in hotmail to disable
this.
As to your tool, I cannot speak for the OpenOffice.org project, but from my
personal point of view:
1) your tool is a developers aide - and not really part of an office suite
2) this project may be intersting for any C++/Java project and so does not
need to be in the OOo CVS repository;
3) you are aiming quite high with what you want to do, have you already some
prototypes which work ?
