After 'Important note: With the Cygwin Toolkit...':
'Cygwin's PERL build does not include Archive::Zip by default. To
install this PERL module please use CPAN as follows:
perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Archive::Zip
install XML::Parser
<b>Important Note</b> CPAN is not able to deal with usernames containing
spaces. To work around this fact, when CPAN asks you to specify the
'CPAN build and cache directory', change the default suggestion to '/cpan'.
