Hmm, you seem to have found a bug for the --enable-build-mozilla switch.
Please file an issue so that this will get fixed soon.

The reason noone tripped over this bug lately is that noone uses
this feature. :(

also tells you how to use prebuild libraries:

# Use prebuild libraries
Place WNTMSCI{inc,lib,runtile}.zip into $SRC_ROOT/moz/zipped.

or can be reused if the packages were build following the
instructions of the previous point. ...

Please use the prebuild libraries.

Please file an extra issue for this too. Unfortunately everyone seems to
use the prebuild libraries.
