I have done a little
more checking and I think I know what the problem is. I ran the PSDK setup
again and checked what was installed, the MDAC, Core, and Windows Installer were
there, but there was no entry for the Internet Development SDK. There is a
Web Workshop (IE) SDK and an Internet Information Server (IIS) SDK, but no
Internet Development SDK. The link on http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows_tcsh.html sends
you to the platform SDK for Windows 2003 server SP1 PSDK, I don't know if that
is the correct one or if Microsoft shifted links between the time the windows
tcsh build document was written and now.
I have been using
Google to try and find the Internet Development SDK, but I keep hitting broken
links that send me to the Windows 2003 Server SP1 PSDK. Even searching
Microsoft's web site is not turning out to be very helpful.
