I found the problem, I had --with-psdk-home="cygdrive/g/Program Files/Microsoft 
Platform SDK", note the missing / in front of cygdrive.  Now I have the problem 
of the wrong version of the PSDK with a problem number 49856.  I will now have 
to look that up and try to fix it the build.

I'm using both:

MS Web Workshop (IE) SDK
MS Internet Information Server (IIS) SDK

to build OOo. With them, it should build fine.
