Hi, The file existance test workaround introduced at i#59477 does not work well in my environment and I have to edit delivery log at each snapshot build.
Most probably it depends on cygwin. I am using cygwin-1-5.10-1 and environment variable CYGWIN is set to "ntsec tty".
