when i build ooo2.0.4
os :winxp
vs.net 2003
$dmake
then error at the step icu

because my system login name "r&d" , whether the makefile of the step
doesn't suport the
character "r" , so can't find the path ? but other step pass ?
Can i skip the step? and continue build the rest step?
OR I directly build the "solver" (download the zip package from ooo web)?
what should i do?
Because the above error , i directly copy the "solver" directory to the
"OOo_2.0.4_src\OOD680_m5" ,
but i don't know how to Skip the step, finish the rest step to generate the
setup package
(i have installed NSIS)
