I am building OOF680_m17 in my Windows XP as well.
I do the following:
SRC> cd config_office
SRC/config_office> ./configure --disable-build-mozilla
--with-ant-home=/cygdrive/d/apache-ant-1.7.0 --with-use-shell=tcsh
Run the ./bootstrap later on.
Then dmake.
I get the following:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ...d/OOF680_m17]$ dmake
Checking module list
build -- version: 1.151
Fetching dependencies for module o3tl from solver... failed...
Fetching from CVS... failed
Fetching dependencies for module fondu from solver... failed...
Fetching from CVS... failed
Fetching dependencies for module xt from solver... failed...
Fetching from CVS... failed

o3tl
fondu
not found and couldn't be built. Maybe you should correct build lists.
