Good to hear, but ... what are the reasons that we need to "sleep" on
Windows? Taking a brief look at the documentation (CreateProcess) shows,
that even on Windows one can wait for multiple processes to shutdown in
an event oriented style ... though I don't know if this information is
available in Perl.
