I know, and I didn't propose to scrap the 4nt usage, I am pretty
confident that it is OK and probably better checked than the W32-bash
builds. (I don't recommend the usage of W32-tcsh anymore as there are
many alleged issues with it that I could never reproduce, but people
that had problems claim bash work a lot better for them. Again, this
is only alleged for W32 builds.)

Again, no changes are needed, but: Notify me and Pavel (and possible
other potential W32 builders) that the milestone is tagged *before* it
is declared ready. A few hour later you will have a confirmation that
it is OK or not. ( I cannot speak for Pavel here, but he usually also
starts builds whenever the milestone appears to be tagged.)
