[tools-dev] Windows - OpenOffice.org Wiki

In the wiki, we state that VS.NET 2003 is the official Win32 compiler.  
But we also support 2005 and 2008 is around the corner. This should be  
updated and I'd be happy to do it but want solid confirmation on that.  
I'm not subscribed to this list, so if you please, cc me directly.
