That got me past the xmlsecurity problem. Next stop was adding
$SRC_ROOT/config_office/guw to the PATH so that instsetoo_native/util would
build; otherwise it couldn't find guw.exe.
Do you mind if I add your patch as an attachment to issue 47225, so others
can also find it easily?
