If it is the case why don't we change the version requirements of compiler version in
config_office to force builders to switch to .NET 2008?
I think thats a very good idea for the DEV300 code line.
.Net 2005 Express doesn't contain redistributable runtime librarys,
but .Net 2008 Express includes them and its linker has
a better manifest support.
The dependency to ATL needs to be removed asap., of course.
