Hi! The OOO300_m5 is an old milestone (I think one of the Release Candidates of 3.0), so probably no one is interested in that issue :-) Perhaps you could reproduce it with a newer milestone (OOO300_m13 or DEV300_m37)?
Additionally, you should note that the WinXP2-Buildbot currently disables a lot of modules in order to build faster and with less errors, so there are differences between the Buildbot and the "official" build. I know that is not optimal, I'm working on that issue.
