Hi, with integration of CWS moz2seamonkey01 [1] (hopefully to happen for m51), the Mozilla code used in OpenOffice.org builds will be updated from the stone-aged Mozilla 1.7.x series to the not-so-stone-aged SeaMonkey 1.1.x series [2].
If you build the Mozilla sources during the OOo build, you now need a SeaMonkey instead of a Mozilla source tarball. configure will check its presence when the --enable-build-mozilla switch is given. If you build OOo using pre-built Mozilla binaries, you need to get them from http://tools.openoffice.org/moz_prebuild/OOo3.2. The old binaries for building milestones/releases older than DEV300.m51 will be kept at http://tools.openoffice.org/moz_prebuild/OOo3.1, and http://tools.openoffice.org/moz_prebuild/680 (where the binaries currently reside) will be changed to be a gateway site as soon as m51 is out. If you're not using Mozilla related functionality in your own builds (--disable-mozilla), this change does not affect you. If you maintain a buildbot, please also ensure to upgrade the pre-builts. Ciao Frank [1] http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Id=7304 [2] Please refrain from shouting "that's too old, too, do ... instead". That's a first step, that's better than nothing, and if you want to see a move to something else, you're invited to make it happen :) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
