Hi all, Recently mingw gcc-4.4.0 is released. Compared to older gcc-3.4.x, it has better optimization, better diagnosis, dwarf2 exception handling with no penalty and no known compiler bugs to build OOo.
Although the release still has a problem with libstdc++, I would like to switch mingw port target to gcc-4.4.0 and created the cws mingwport22. As the release mandates use of dynamic libgcc and libstdc++ for complete exception handling, the change set is rather large. Its most part is within mingw conditional part but it includes almost all makefile,mk in 3rd party modules. If there are updates in their configurations, they may cause troubles in integration. I am aware that the works for berkeleydb (in cws jl123) and new nss (in cws jl127) are going on. Are there any other updates for 3rd party modules are taking place?
