Currently `AddDeps` places dependencies in a common location under `/tmp`. That
means that multiple instances of Toree on the same host could clubber each
other's dependencies.
We need to have a mechanism like with `AddJar` where `--jar-dir` can be used to
specified a location or use a unique tmp directory.
