Further update, when I keep hardcoded ports in kernel.json as above, and I open
a 2nd spark notebook, then it gives this error in logs -
16/02/16 23:55:25 ERROR socket.PubSocketRunnable: Unexpected exception in 0mq
socket runnable!
org.zeromq.ZMQException: Errno 48 : Address already in use
Please help.
