Summary: PYTHON_PATH Needs To Be Configured At Install

When installing the interpreters, the PYTHON_PATH env var will need to change
based on the spark distribution. There are a couple paths to do this.
1. We can allow the PY4J version to be passed
2. Figure out the SPARK_VERSION and keep a mapping of the PY4J versions and
substitute the value
3. The user must specify the value for the PYTHON_PATH
