Thanks for getting this moving Chip, couple comments: When the 72hrs vote goes mostly over the weekend, it's usually good practice to let it run for couple more days to make sure folks had time to vote.
Another thing, IPMC votes usually will actually take longer, as we have to wait for 3 binding votes from IPMC, so untill that the vote continues open.
