Hi All, In my attempt to address https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOREE-443 by removing the hardcoded timeout, I am proposing the following command-line option with the description:
--spark-context-intialization-timeout -- The time (in milliseconds) allowed for creation of the spark context. Failure to create a context in this time could result in duplicate initialization messages. The default value is 100 milliseconds. Please let me know if you have suggestions for a different name for the proposed command-line option. Thanks, - Sanjay
