In my organization, we have our own DSL built on top of Spark. I am trying to
build my own kernel using Toree that can support our custom DSL in Jupyter.
I want to add org.apache.toree#toree-plugins, toree-protocol and
toree-kernel-api as a dependency to my project. In my project, I want to
implement a class that implements Interpreter
