Changes from the discussion of the Traffic Ops working group this morning are represented in a new Pull Request on my fork: https://github.com/ocket8888/trafficcontrol/pull/14 (built PDF available on Slack). In addition to discussing the document itself, we also decided to have another meeting before the next official meeting of the TO WG; next Wednesday at 02:00 UTC (19:00 Tuesday MST). We expect to delve more into the data model, but anyone is of course free to raise any concerns they have.
