I don't think we ever actually posted a notice about the API design discussion timing, but the plan is to do it tomorrow at 13:00 UTC (06:00 MST) in the normal hangout: https://hangouts.google.com/call/Psj6Hfyz0iTUOuA33AXlAEEE?no_rd. I know this is kind of short notice, so if anyone has a scheduling conflict I'm happy to reschedule it - for a different day this week, but not a different time since the majority of those in attendance have expressed their preference for the 13:00 slot. If anyone wants to contact me informally later in the day because they can't make the morning discussion but still want to hear more about what was discussed I can join that hangout, or just chat on slack or give you my Mumble server credentials. Of course, as always there will be a Pull Request open (number pending discussion) which I'll post in #traffic_ops and on the mailing list.
