In case anyone was wondering what POST /deliveryservices/request does - it basically sends the payload request json to a specified email address. it was used to send the contents of a ds request form to a specified email address. comcast had an internal form that was using it and that form is no longer being used, therefore, comcast no longer uses that endpoint. not sure if anyone else uses that endpoint or not. i'm guessing no.
