Under Apache Lazy Consensus <https://community.apache.org/committers/lazyConsensus.html>, if there is no additional feedback given by this time on Friday, I plan to start implementing the TR Ultimate Test Harness as outlined in the current blueprint and plan to request that blueprint PR #6358 be merged.
