extension user and updates to the server checks

I would like to have the traffic_ops_ort.pl script update the ORT column 
of the server checks. To do this I commented out lines 99-101 in 
traffic_ops/app/lib/API/ServerCheck.pm. These lines limit updates to the 
extension user.

I would like to come up with a solution where the same user that is 
running the traffic_ops_ort.pl script could also update the server checks.

Any thoughts on solutions?
