I think a little organization of the wiki page would prove to be very helpful. Parent pages make sense to me. Also, I would not be opposed to you moving some pages around....although, i suppose that will change the URL of the page, huh? But I still think if we spend a little time getting organized and establishing a pattern, that will make our wiki much more useful going forward.
However, I am a bit confused about what goes on http://trafficcontrol.apache.org vs. the wiki. Also, we still have a bunch of pages on the old wiki ( https://github.com/Comcast/traffic_control/wiki) that should be migrated if still relevant.
