All,

As we grow the Traffic Control project it becomes exponentially more important 
to understand work in queue/progress (status) and who is working on what 
(assignee).  Please take a few minutes out of your day to update Jira.  I will 
commit to streamlining and organizing, but that only works if everyone provides 
updates.

Ask:

  1.  Dedicate time to at least one Jira update a week
  2.  Assign yourself any issues you may be working
  3.  Status updates using the 
kanban<https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=177> 
drag and drop
     *   Open >> In Progress >> Resolved >> Closed  (new statuses being added 
soon for “on deck”)
  4.  Create new tickets for any issues you are working even if it is just a 
summary line so others can see it


Kudos to Dan Kirkwood and Jeremy Mitchell who already have a bunch of resolved 
tickets.
